Kitty Chopaka
Internationally recognized cannabis advocate, activist, and expert in Thailand. President of Writing Thailand's Cannabis Future Network, the movement that pushed for legislation and ensured fair access to cannabis in Thailand. Work includes advising the cannabis legislation drafting committee, drafting the people's Cannabis Control Act, and serving on the Honorary Board of the Institute for Rational Addiction Policies, an international drug-policy think tank.
